4. Subscription & Payments

• Certain features require a paid plan or subscription.
• All payments are processed securely through third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Google Play).
• Fees once paid are non-refundable.
• ShikshaGen reserves the right to modify pricing or subscription terms with prior notice.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of the study materials or content you upload.
• By uploading, you grant ShikshaGen a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and use such content for educational or AI-learning purposes.
• You must ensure that your content does not infringe on any copyright or third-party rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse or attempt to hack the App
• Post or upload harmful, illegal, or plagiarized content
• Share access with others without authorization
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell ShikshaGen's content or AI outputs

Violation of these may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and app content (except user-uploaded content) belong to ShikshaGen. You may not use them without written permission.

8. AI Disclaimer

Some features of ShikshaGen use artificial intelligence to generate study or educational content. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors or approximations. Use AI-generated content responsibly and verify it when necessary.

9. Limitation of Liability

ShikshaGen is not responsible for:

• Any loss of data or revenue
• Errors in AI-generated or user-submitted content
• Service interruptions or unauthorized access

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bangalore, Karnataka.
